Responsibilities
- Outbound calls/messages to leads to qualify and book meetings
- Follow scripts while personalizing intros and value props
- Update CRM records with accurate notes and next steps
- Reschedule no-shows and nurture cold leads with sequences
- Hit daily/weekly activity targets (calls, connects, meetings set)
- Collaborate with sales to refine ICP and objection handling
- Report funnel insights and recommend messaging tweaks
Requirements
- No experience needed; sales/telemarketing a plus
- Clear phone etiquette and confident, friendly tone
- Basic CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) a plus
- Resilient and goal-driven; comfortable with rejection
- Strong organization and follow-through on callbacks
- Able to learn product positioning quickly
- Stable internet and quiet environment for calls
