Responsibilities
- Enter and verify orders; confirm SKUs, pricing, and tax rules
- Coordinate shipments, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Reconcile discrepancies with warehouses and carriers
- Communicate order status and ETAs to customers proactively
- Maintain accurate records for audits and month-end closes
- Track backorders and propose inventory adjustments
- Collaborate on SOPs to reduce defects and delays
Requirements
- No experience needed; eCommerce ops a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Spreadsheet fluency (filters, pivots, lookups preferred)
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or 3PL portals a plus
- Clear communication with customers and internal teams
- Process mindset with appetite for continuous improvement
- Reliability and ownership over end-to-end order lifecycle
