Responsibilities
- Own inbox triage and calendar scheduling across time zones
- Draft and polish routine correspondence and meeting notes
- Create, clean, and maintain spreadsheets and simple dashboards
- Book flights/hotels, prepare travel briefs, and manage changes
- Perform light web research and compile summaries with sources
- Maintain task lists; follow up with stakeholders on deadlines
- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring admin workflows
Requirements
- No experience needed; strong willingness to learn
- Excellent written English; able to write concise professional emails
- High organization and time management; prioritizes effectively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Comfort with basic spreadsheet formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, FILTER)
- Reliable internet and privacy awareness for handling sensitive info
- Proactive communicator who flags risks and suggests improvements
