Responsibilities
- Review text/images/video against policy with high accuracy
- Apply correct dispositions, tags, and rationales in tooling
- Identify edge cases and request policy clarifications
- Escalate safety-sensitive or borderline content immediately
- Meet or exceed hourly throughput and QA quality targets
- Contribute examples to improve training materials
- Maintain emotional resilience and follow wellness protocols
Requirements
- No experience needed; prior moderation a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Comfort reviewing potentially sensitive content with support
- Familiarity with community guidelines and platform policies
- Reliable internet and secure workspace; follows privacy rules
- Can work assigned shifts consistently (including nights/weekends)
- Comfort using internal moderation tools and spreadsheets
