Responsibilities
- Label text/images/audio per detailed rubrics and ontology
- Use examples to resolve ambiguity and request clarifications
- Hit daily productivity/quality benchmarks (QA > 95%)
- Leave clear comments where instructions conflict or are unclear
- Participate in calibration sessions and update checklists
- Track issues in sheets; help refine labeling guidelines
- Perform basic QC on peers’ labels when assigned
Requirements
- No experience required; data labeling a plus
- High accuracy and consistency over long focused sessions
- Ability to follow complex instructions and edge-case rules
- Basic spreadsheet skills; comfortable with shortcuts and filters
- Strong communication for feedback loops with lead annotators
- Comfort with repetitive tasks; stamina for sustained focus
- Secure workstation and dependable internet connection
